SJ Roberts Homes unveils second phase of 269-home development in Telford



SJ Roberts Homes is set to break ground on the second phase of a 269-home development in Telford.


Formerly a sugar beet factory, the 64-acre Allscott Meads site will comprise four one-bed homes, 31 two-beds, 160 three-beds, 39-four beds, and seven five-bed properties. 

Some 28 of these properties will be affordable homes, with prices set to begin at £175,000.
